JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a high-impact HVAC Installation Manager to lead the residential and light commercial install division at Systech Mechanical, a well-established family-owned company serving the Tri-County region. This role is strategic and hands-on. You will oversee the install lifecycle from sold jobs to their final inspection, optimizing schedule, quality, safety, and margin. You will build install plans, coordinate permits and materials, and keep every project on time, and on budget. Coach and grow a winning crew of leads, apprentices, and subcontractors. Run tight quality assurance that mitigates callbacks and generates five-star reviews. You will work directly with the owner; to shape, modify and expand operating procedures, maintain exceptional vendor and customer relationships, and elevate Systech Mechanical’s reputation for honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship enhancing our “Perfection Is Our Lowest Standard” motto. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all residential and commercial HVAC installations from initial introduction to final inspection.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards and local codes.
• Team Leadership & Development.
• Help build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales to scope jobs and produce accurate estimates and proposals.
• Support closing with homeowners and contractors through clear plans, timelines, and correspondence.
• Permits, Codes & Inspections.
• Obtain required permits and coordinate with inspectors.
• Verify installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and warranty requirements.
• Stay current on energy rebates and tax incentives to maximize customer savings.
• Register equipment warranties and complete all required documentation. 
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Oversee scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure seamless communication and execution across all parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leader with 5+ years’ management experience.
• Strong sales, estimating, and project management skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams while holding them to high standards.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent with common computer programs.
